1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Restriction
By using ProCVCreator, you agree to these terms. We provide a platform for creating, editing, and downloading professional career documents. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service and create an account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You must provide accurate info so we can deliver your CVs and support you effectively.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Stuff: The templates, design logic, and software belong to ProCVCreator.
Your Stuff: You retain full ownership of the text, photos, and information you upload. We do not claim any rights to your personal career history.
4. Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds (Crucial)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day refund policy. If you are unhappy with the platform, simply email us at support@procvcreator.com within 7 days of your first payment, and we will refund you in full.
After 7 Days: Once the 7-day window has passed, we do not offer refunds. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
5. Prohibited Use
Don't try to hack us, don't upload viruses, and don't use our templates to create fraudulent documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide the tools to help you get hired, but we cannot guarantee employment. Your career success depends on many factors outside our software.
7. Governing Law
These terms and your use of ProCVCreator are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
